Refunds and Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange requests will be considered if the product(s) received by the buyer is damaged or expired. 
  • Buyer has to send Boca a exchange request within 7 days of the receipt of goods at his/her shipping address.
  • Exchanges will be made after the returned shipment of product is received by Boca. The shipping charges for returning the defective product will be borne by Boca
  • Return orders are to be sent back to the following address:

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed successfully and and processed by the payment gateway we cannot cancel the order.

REFUNDS

Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days or if the Boca fails to ship the ordered products.
  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
  • No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

The amount will be refunded in the customer's bank via NEFT. After the refund is initiated, this can take 7-10 business days.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
  • Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
  • Refusal to accept products
  • Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
  • Force majeure event
  • In case product has undergone any tampering by the customer

     

    Here's the process to return or exchange an item:

      1. Contact us at support@bocafizz.com to state what you want to return or exchange along with your preferred time for pickup.
      2. Once your return or exchange is approved we will email you a copy of return label and schedule pickup for you.
      3. Print the first 2 pages of the label and stick it on return box or envelope.
      4. Print the order invoice to be handed over to the pickup guy. 
      5. Keep return pack ready by your scheduled pickup time. 
      You must ship your return to us within 7 days of receiving the label or we may not be able to process your return/exchange. Once we receive your item back, we’ll process your refund or ship you the exchange items.
